These terms govern your use of ricareset.com (the "Site") and the concierge service operated by Lacuna Worldwide Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom, trading as RicaReset ("we", "us"). By using the Site or contacting our concierge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

RicaReset curates wellness retreats and experiences hosted by independent partner sanctuaries in Costa Rica. We act as a concierge and booking facilitator. The retreat, accommodation, food, transport, and on-site services are provided by the partner sanctuary or third-party operator, not by us directly.

Inquiries submitted through the Site or the quiz are requests for information, not bookings. A booking is only confirmed in writing by our concierge and is subject to the terms, availability, cancellation policy, and deposit requirements of the host sanctuary, which we will share with you before you confirm.

Prices shown on the Site are starting points and may change with dates, occupancy, exchange rates, taxes, and add-ons. Final pricing is confirmed at booking.

• Provide accurate information when inquiring or booking.
• Carry valid travel documents, travel insurance, and any required vaccinations or medical clearance.
• Disclose relevant medical or dietary needs in advance so the host can determine suitability.
• Follow the rules and conduct expectations of the host sanctuary while on-site.

Cancellation, change, and refund terms are set by the host sanctuary and will be confirmed in writing at booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. RicaReset concierge fees, if any, are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.

Wellness retreats may include physical activity, breathwork, cold exposure, plant-based protocols, and other practices that carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and should consult a physician before participating if you have any medical concerns. We do not provide medical advice.

The Site links to and uses third-party services (including partner sanctuaries, Google services, and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.

All content on the Site — including text, images, video, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lacuna Worldwide Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

The Site and concierge service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacuna Worldwide Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the acts, omissions, or services of a host sanctuary or other third-party provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, and the courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
