RicaReset is operated by Lacuna Worldwide Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Lacuna Worldwide Ltd trading as RicaReset. Our website is ricareset.com.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate the site:

• Inquiry and quiz submissions — name, email, phone, and any free-text details you provide so our concierge can respond.
• Communications — messages you send by email, phone, or the live chat widget on our site.
• Usage data — IP address, device and browser type, referrer, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected through standard analytics and advertising cookies.
• Marketing identifiers — Google Ads click identifiers (such as GCLID) used to attribute inquiries to advertising campaigns.

We do not currently process payments through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

• To respond to inquiries, quiz results, and concierge requests.
• To send transactional emails related to your inquiry (e.g. confirmations and follow-ups).
• To measure website performance and improve content and offers.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads on third-party platforms.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), the steps necessary to respond to your inquiry (contract), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site.

We share limited information with the following processors:

• Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — measurement and conversion tracking. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — including Cloudflare and Supabase, used to host the website and store inquiry submissions.
• Email delivery — used to send transactional and concierge follow-up email.
• Partner sanctuaries — when you book or inquire about a specific retreat, we share the details we need with the relevant hosting venue.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising (including Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing). See our Cookie Notice for details and how to control them in your browser.

Our service providers may process your information outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep inquiry and concierge records for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-ups, accounting, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the defaults of the underlying provider.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. UK and EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
